What forms of payment do you accept??

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also use funds from a PayPal account.

Am I being charged sales tax??

Only Illinois residents are charged sales tax on this website. The current sales tax is 9.25%.

Is my session secure??

Yes. Every page that handles your account or credit card information is secured via 128-bit SSL encryption. You’ll know this whenever you see “https” in the address bar in addition to the “lock” icon at the bottom of your browser

When will I receive my order??

All orders will be shipped via USPS with a required signature confirmation and should be received within 2-3 business days after processing. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.

Do you ship internationally??

Yes. International shipping is available. International shipping usually arrives within 10 – 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Standard delivery is not available for International shipping. Please email Kiwi’s Boutique at info@kiwisboutiqueinc.com with your shipping address to confirm your shipping rate.

What are your Shipping Rates??

Standard Ground – $10 (first item) + $3 for each additional item.
STANDARD SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE!!
2nd Day Expedited – $20 (first item) + $3 for each additional item
Overnight – $30 (first item) + $3 for each additional item

Can I return or exchange items??

You may return items for a store credit. All merchandise returned must be unworn, in it’s original condition, with the tags attached.

What is your return/exchange policy??

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent back after this time will not be honored. All merchandise returned must be unworn, in it’s original condition, with the tags attached. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), and verification that the item(s) are in acceptable condition, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the sale minus the shipping charges–no cash returns are given.

Can I return sale items and/or accessories??

No. Sale merchandise & accessories are final sales and no returns are accepted–no exceptions.
